When the grinding is finished the season is finished. 54 lbs of burger and 24 lbs of breakfast sausage done and in the freezer last Friday. Only thing is after Tom, Dave, and Randy ran off with most of it I may have to ration mine. It might carry me through Turkey Season. Nothing like venison sausage breakfast burritos in camp after a morning turkey hunt-especially if you bring in the Big Beard! Venison burgers over a mesquite fire for dinner aint too shabby either. Thanks for the help Tom and Dave-next time don’t drink all my beer-ha!!
