2020 processing from our 2019 harvest in the books last Friday with the crew-Dave, Randy, Tom, and Brian. 7 hours later-132lbs burger, 51lbs breakfast sausage, and 52lbs straight ground venison. LOTS of work but OH THE REWARD every time I take a bite!!!
