Better than the “Fried/Smothered” cottontail. Mixed Cream of mushroom and cream of celery with jalapenos, bell pepper, and Rajun Cajun seasoning. Layered the cut up bunny on top. Topped with onions, carrots, and green egg squash from the garden. Low heat for 6 hours. Served over a bed of rice. Think I found my new rabbit recipe!
