Annual Venison Processing.

My processing crew. Dave, Randy, and Tom. We do it in February every year and even though it’s only once a year it’s a lot of work. But,  worth every minute/bite. We ended up with 150 lbs of burger, breakfast sausage, and straight chili meat this year and not sure anyone can match our mix/flavor. Pretty sure Jimmy Dean would be proud. Will have to ration it so we don’t run out.
