Processing Day 2019 By David Hall February 19, 2019 No Comments Another successful processing day in the books and now time to enjoy some of the benefits from deer season. Done in 7 hours. But, based on alcohol consumption, that time could have been shorter or longer-who’s to say-or care!! 85 lbs burger, 51 lbs breakfast sausage, and 57 lbs straight venison.
